Sitting perfectly in between our existing Cotton Velvet and Mohair Velvet categories, our Heavy Weight Cotton Velvet combines the softness of cotton with a heavier weight and longer pile to create a beautifully plush look and feel. The richness of velvet beautifully reflects this Golden Syrup colour that is often favoured by Rose, as used on sofas in her own home. The fabric is remarkably durable with a Martindale of 100,000. Crushing and creasing of the pile can be expected with use as part of the intrinsic character of the velvet. This fabric is shipped in a suspended box.
